I can wholeheartedly recommend Harman. As someone who was incredibly nervous about learning to drive, learning with Harman quickly put me at ease. He is able to clearly teach what you need to do but more importantly why you need to do it both in terms of technique and vehicle management. Harman knows the roads in Oxford very well, adapting lessons to traffic and to teach particular manoeuvres and skills. He handles mistakes you may make brilliantly, identifying them during your drive and then explaining the issue and how to correct it allowing you to easily improve your driving. I was able to pass the practical test first time by learning with Harman and I can say it is an enjoyable experience and you will definitely feel like it is money well spent.

Harman is an amazing instructor. After doing a handful of lessons with another Red instructor, I did 1-2 lessons a week with Harman for less than two months, and passed my test first time (two minors). He's brilliant at keeping you calm reducing the pressure you feel after a mistake. He also knows Oxford exceptionally well, if you do your test here you'll be as prepared as possible; he knows test routes and the problems you'll have on your test inside out. Above all though he's a good guy and I had fun learning to drive with him.
